Bonita is fully committed to ensuring
the safety and the workers rights of all stakeholders
involved in the production of the products it sells. The
Company works diligently to conform with international
standards while respecting the cultural and legal differences
of the countries in which it operates.
Specifically, Bonita:

Prohibits child labour, the use of
compulsory prison or slave labour and physical abuse
of workers in its owned or related production and
service facilities.

Will comply with all applicable local
environmental and labour laws throughout the production
process.

Will work to exceed minimum standards
in all these areas.
To ensure compliance with the standards
set, Bonita will conduct regular, unannounced internal
and external audits of production/service facilities.
Internal audits will be carried out by the Company's own
Quality/Environmental department. External audits will
be carried out by internationally accredited audit companies.
Serious variations from the company's standards will result
in immediate cessation of business with in that part of
the operations which fail to achieve Company standards.
Minor variations will be subject to further audit to ensure
that the corrective action plan produced after the completion
of the initial audit has been implemented.
